When applying for bursaries the following documents and information must be submitted:

  • Student ID
  • Student qualifications
  • Parent / Guardian ID
  • Contact details of parent / guardian
  • Residential address of parent / guardian
  • Sworn affidavits from parent / guardian if unemployed
  • Death certificate if parent / guardian is deceased
  • Parent / guardian salary information
  • Details of next of kin (ID numbers, first names and surname, contact details and relationship to student)

 

Forms will be made available during registration.
