NSFAF Online Application Dates 2024-2025 

NOTE: All documents to be scanned in pdf and uploaded as per below guidelines.

1.Undergraduate Grade 12 Prior 2012

• 1.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 1.2 Namibian ID
• 1.3 Grade 12 Certificate
• 1.4 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 1.5 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 1.6 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

2.Foreign Grade 12 Certifications

• 2.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 2.2 Namibian ID
• 2.3 Grade 12 Certificate
• 2.4 Letter of evaluation for international foreign qualification from the Namibia Qualification’s Authority (NQA)
• 2.5 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 2.6 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 2.7 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

3. Undergraduate Grade 12 from 2012 to date

• 3.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 3.2 Namibian ID
• 3.3 Grade 12 Certificate
• 3.4 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 3.5 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 3.6 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

4. Undergraduate multiple Grade 12 from 2012 to date

• 4.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 4.2 Namibian ID
• 4.3 Grade 12 Certificate
• 4.4 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 4.5 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 4.6 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

5. Undergraduate Post Grade 12 Qualifications

• 5.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 5.2 Namibian ID
• 5.3 Grade 12 Certificate
• 5.4 Diploma or Certificate on NQF Level 5
• 5.5 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 5.6 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 5.7 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

6. Mature Age

• 6.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 6.2 Namibian ID
• 6.3 Mature Age Official Results from the Institution of study
• 6.4 Proof of working experience from employer minimum five years
• 6.5 Proof of Income or Certificate of Services

7. VTC/HTC Local

• 7.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 7.2 Namibian ID
• 7.3 Grade 10 and/or Grade 12 Certificates (scan in 1 document)
• 7.4 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 7.5 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 7.6 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

8. VTC/HTC SADC

• 8.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 8.2 Namibian ID
• 8.3 Grade 10 and/or Grade 12 Certificates and/or Level 3 certificate (scan all in 1 document & upload)
• 8.4 Admission Letter
• 8.5 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 8.6 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 8.7 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)

9. Postgraduate

• 9.1 Full Birth Certificate
• 9.2 Namibian ID
• 9.3 Academic Record, Proof of first degree and Letter of accreditation for international foreign qualification from NQA (scan all into one)
• 9.4 Proof of Own Income if employed.  If unemployed, declaration under oath.
• 9.5 Mother’s proof of income. If unemployed, commissioner of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 9.6 Father’s proof of income. If unemployed, commission of oaths declaration. If deceased, death certificate
• 9.7 Parents IDs (scan both ID’s in 1 document). If Deceased, death certificate(s) (scan both certificate in 1 document)
