Applicant tried to appeal but the system is not allowing her to select the reason for appeal will you please assist on this matter as the time goes faster soon application for appeals will be closed while we still stuck with same problem
We went to NSFAS admin officers to get some help and they told us to phone direct to nsfas we tried these numbers :080 006 7327,021 7633200
From 26th of Jan up till now the 080 … always caught them on busy time and 021 763 3200 is not going through at all not sure if its technical problem

It’s almost a year now my nsfas wallet blocked, till today I haven’t gotten any help and it’s really frustrating for a student to struggle with getting their allowances that they applied for.
