National Youth Service Application Forms 2024-2025
Upon call for enlistment by NYS, interested youth should collect the NYS application
forms and apply from their Constituency offices, for which they must have resided in the
jurisdiction of that specific Constituency for a period of not less than twelve (12) months prior
to the recruitment. The Service, together with its stakeholders, processes the applications
including enlistment of the recruits.

Sometimes the forms reaches the constituency office late. Or sometimes they tell us they do not have until late. Can’t I get it online?
