The MTN Foundation not only has bursaries to offer talented candidates but moreover also Learnerships and Graduate Development programs.  MTN SA is proud to be building and developing South Africa’s economy, skilled workforce and also contribute to creating jobs.  They are always looking for deserving candidates that can make a difference.

Their Graduate Development Program has much to offer.  With this program, they also strive to fill the openings within the company, with specialized skilled workers.  The key focus of this program is to aid graduates in developing skills that are scarce and highly specialized.  Graduates who have completed their degree in a specialist field, which is specifically in alignment with MTN’s requirements, is invited to apply for this program.

MTN offers external bursaries to form part of their youth strategy development plan.  These bursaries are to develop skills within the communities, building economic stability and aiding in job creation.  These bursaries support talented candidates with a comprehensive study program.  Included in these bursaries are tuition fees, registration fees, books required, monthly allowance plus accommodation.
The fields of study for these bursaries may vary yearly, it will depend on the need of MTN’s skills base.  Bursaries will be given to qualifying South African citizens.  These candidates must also qualify for admission to a Higher Institute of Learning within South Africa.  Where they will study toward a bachelor degree.  Candidates who are currently receiving aid from an employer or another bursary, may not apply.
