Spar Graduate Development Programme 2024-2025

Spar is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to participate in their Graduate Development Programme. This program is designed to provide on-the-job workplace experience that aligns with the graduate’s field of study. The program will run for a period of 12 consecutive months, giving graduates the chance to gain valuable experience in a complex, multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
Minimum Requirements:
- You must demonstrate that you have graduated and/or completed your degree and/or diploma.
- You should not be currently part of an Internship or Graduate programme, and you must not have previously participated in an Internship or Graduate programme.
- Graduates selected for this program will need to be based at the site where the specific vacancy is advertised for the duration of the Graduate Development programme.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- You should have the ambition to learn and grow.
- You need to arrange your own transport to commute to work.
- You must have completed one of the following qualifications (3-year or 4-year Diploma or Degree):
- HR – Industrial Psychology or Labour (Employee Relations)
- Distribution Logistics – Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Marketing – Marketing or Purchasing Management
- Finance – Accounting
- I.T – Information Systems
- Retail Ops – Project Design or Draughtsman or Architecture
- Build It – Supply Chain Management
