Graduate Development Programme:
Vodacom offers an exciting permanent employment opportunity as part of a 2-year skills training programme designed to develop future leaders. This programme is open to candidates who will have completed at least their undergraduate degree or equivalent.
The Graduate Development Programme provides a comprehensive experience of the Vodacom business, including mentorship, coaching, on-the-job training, and a full salary. At the end of the 2 years, you will transition into a designated role within the organization. Successful candidates also have the opportunity to apply for international assignments to further develop their expertise and leadership capability.

Programme Requirements:
- Less than 2 years of post-studies working experience.
- 26 years old or younger.
- South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalisation. Citizens of DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
- Minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in specific areas.
Internship Programme:
Vodacom’s Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers workplace experience along with a structured training programme. This programme serves as a pipeline into Vodacom’s Discover Graduate Programme or permanent roles as opportunities arise. The programme is open to candidates who will have completed at least their undergraduate degree or equivalent.

- 0-1 year working experience post studies.
- 26 years old or younger.

- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in specific areas.
