Locations: Durban and Johannesburg

Unilever is inviting applications for its Employee Experience Internship Programme. This programme offers a 24-month rotational development experience within the Employee Experience Department. Qualification Requirements:

  • Academic average of over 65%.
  • Less than 2 years of working experience post studies.
  • Passion for the Unilever brand.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven and digitally savvy.
  • Active learner.

  • HR Graduate / Internship Programme.
  • Engineering Graduate / Internship Programme.
  • Finance Graduate / Internship Programme.
  • Marketing Graduate / Internship Programme.
  • Supply Chain Planning Graduate / Internship Programme.
  • Customer Development Graduate / Internship Programme.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR.
  • 3-year University degree in any discipline, with preference for BComm, BBS, BPsych, BSocSc.
  • 4-year BTech Degree (NQF Level 7) in any discipline, with preference for BTech HR Management.
