Introduction
The Department of Human Sciences offers Clinical Psychology and Industrial Psychology at undergraduate level. The BA Clinical Psychology could be completed as a single major in Clinical Psychology. Students who intend to do a single major at fourth–year level must apply to the Head of Psychology Section (in writing) before registration in their 4th-year courses (i.e single major) in Clinical Psychology. The BA programme consists of a tota of 36 courses (544 credits).
The purpose of this subject is to:
- deliver general education in psychological knowledge
- emphasise a general basic psychological foundation
- enable graduates to deal with demands in the field of either clinical or industrial psychology
- expose students to a variety of psychology Courses to prepare them for further studies in either clinical or industrial psychology
