Are you an unemployed graduate looking for an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the financial services industry? Ithala SOC Limited is offering two Graduate programmes supported by BANKSETA and FASETA, aiming to provide KwaZulu-Natal based graduates with the chance to gain practical exposure to various roles within Ithala.
Programme Details:
- Duration: 12 months
- Professional exposure to different roles within Ithala
- Successful candidates will sign a 12-month fixed-term employment contract
- Learner allowance of R4,500 (BANKSETA) or R5,000 (FASETA) per month
- Upon completion, candidates will receive a certificate of completion
Entry Requirements:
To be considered for this Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Age between 18 and 35 years old
- Successfully completed an Undergraduate qualification
- Basic computer literacy
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- High level of integrity and judgment
- Not permanently employed
- Knowledge of working with spreadsheets
- Strong time management skills
- Not registered on any other learnership/graduate programme
Available Streams and Qualifications:
The following streams are available, each with specific qualifications:
- Supply Chain Management: Bachelor of Commerce with supply chain management or purchasing majors, or Diploma or B-Tech
- Finance: B Com Accounting / B-tech Accounting or Bachelor of Accounting
- Internal Audit: B Com (majoring in Internal Auditing, Auditing, Accounting)
- Compliance: Bachelor of Laws
- Forensic Investigations: National Diploma/Degree in forensic investigation OR LLB
- Securities and Logistics: B Comm/Diploma in Logistics/Securities
- Marketing, Graphic and Digital Marketing: National Diploma in Media and Communications, Journalism, Communications, or PR, National Diploma in Graphic design
- Information Technology: Diploma/degree in Information Technology or BSC. Computer Science, skilled in Systems Development Solutions Architecture, Database Design, Business Analysis, and Business Intelligence
- Commerce: Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management, Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- Credit: Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management
- Property Development: B Comm/National Diploma in Property Studies / Management / Finance
- Human Resources Management: National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management
- Insurance: Bachelor of Commerce or Admin, and Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing
