Citi South Africa is offering a yearlong Graduate Learnership Programme aimed at providing exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates across various business areas. This programme is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in the banking industry.
Program Overview:
- The learnership programme is one year in duration.
- Graduates will have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within Citi during the year.
- Sponsored post graduate qualification relevant to the area of work will be provided.
Business Areas: Graduates will be placed in one of the following business areas:
- Operations and Technology
- Finance
- Treasury and Trade Solutions
- Risk
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Other Banking areas
- Global Markets
- Human Resources
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with a GPA of 65% and above, or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Maximum of 1 year of work experience is acceptable but not required.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
