What You Can Expect:

Programme Duration:
- Engineers in Training (EIT) Programme: 24 months
- Commercial Graduate Development Programme: 18 months
Programme Design:
The Graduate Development Programme follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning and Development, which emphasizes three types of learning: hands-on experience (70%), interactions with colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).

- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
Commercial Graduates Qualifications:
- Supply Chain
- Management Accounting / Cost Accounting
- Business Continuity Management
- Law / Compliance
- IT Software or System Development
- Human Resources
- Office Administration
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen by birth or naturalization
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completed relevant qualification at a registered institution
- Hold an undergraduate degree (post-graduate would be advantageous)
- Must have obtained a 70% aggregate
