Responsibilities: As a Lab Graduate/Intern at Pepsico, you will be responsible for various tasks related to quality control and assurance. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Completing data reports and communicating results.
- Calibrating and maintaining equipment.
- Troubleshooting to improve quality results and data accuracy.
- Managing stock requirements.
- Preparing the laboratory for internal and external lab audits.
- Auditing documentation and analyzing data.
- Coordinating projects aimed at improving quality and quality systems.
- Ensuring effective verification of sanitation procedures.
Requirements: To be eligible for this programme, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Matriculation (high school diploma) along with a Food Technology Diploma or any related qualification.
- No prior experience is required.
- An average academic achievement of 65%.
- South African citizenship.
