OUR STORY
Francesco Cialdella, born Italian is the symbol of how creativity in the kitchen can meet tradition.
His idea of making a perfect dish is: first ask a customer what they want to eat. Francesco has been in the hospitality industry for over 45 year, and he has worked in some of Frankfurt’s most popular restaurants, such as Luige restaurant where he cooked for famous soccer players and Hollywood actors.
In 2011 he meet his Namibian wife while in Frankfurt, she has since then imported him into Namibia where he opened up Piccolo and a newly establishment of Francesco Restaurant.
