LABORATORY SHIFT CHEMIST Job Vacancy (Namibia)

•             5-7 years

Minimum Education:

•                NQF 7 (Bachelor degree / National Higher Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent

Skills Required:     

• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements in the laboratory
• Method Development and Validation experienc                                     
•  Good knowledge of chemistry and laboratory practice in a mining environment,
• preference will be given to candidates with experience in uranium
• Experience running and troubleshootingXRF, ICP and Auto-Titratorand other   Instrumentation
•  Excellent report writing and computer skills
•  Good organisational and time management skills
• Analytical attention to detail and numeracy
• mineral testing experience and hopefully uranium experience if possible.
