Simon, you must have 25 points with grade 12 qualification.
So you mean if someone has better qualifications but the age is below 25 years, you won’t recruit that person??

Unfortunately No Enid. You will need to be at least 25 years of age with a grade 12 qualification.
i am a young men of 19 years old completed grade12 with 26points then i want to join in the namibian police force but i do not know preccedures to follow please direct me.

Why is nampol recruiting people with grade 12 and not grade 10 with the minimmum points from 18-25 points?when is the due date?
This decision has been made by NAMPOL to ensure that only qualified and able personnel are recruited into the force, including but not limited to maturity and intellectual capacities. The dates for recruitment is yet to be announced and shall be published where possible.
