Visit Admissions for Universities and Colleges in Namibia for Admissions to all Institutions

ENROLMENT PERIOD:

• 16 January- 8 February 2017
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF SUBJECTS:
• Last day: 8 February 2017
• 20% deduction of enrolment fee
• At point of enrolment (bring proof of enrolment)
FEES:
• N$ 80.00: Once-off non- refundable registration fee/ learner
• N$ 160.00: For each Grade 10 (JSC) subject
• N$ 270.00: For each Grade 12 (NSSC) subject
EXAMINATIONS: (With the Directorate of National Examinations and Assessment- DNEA)
Must be paid separately at examination centres (not part of enrolment fee)
• Dates for registration: 1 February- 6 April 2017
• Fees- Gr. 10: N$ 38.00/subject; resit N$ 45.50
• Fees- Gr. 12: N$ 90.00/subject; resit N$ 108.00
• NAMCOL learners register at the Teachers Resource Centre in Katutura, except for those
registering at Olof Palme, Yetu Yama (PETE & OER) and Hage Geingob – they register at
Jetu Jama (NAMCOL Head Office)
PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADE 11/12 for 2017:
• 23 points in Grade 10; plus an F in English
DOCUMENTS NEEDED: (Original documents)
• Namibian ID or passport; NAMCOL learner ID if former learner; Birth Certificate;
• Original certificate of highest educational qualification;
• Statement of results for most recent examination sat for;
• Payment Fees in full;
• Study Permit for Foreign Nationals (obtain before enrolment)
• One passport photo;
MATURE AGE ENTRY:
• 25 years and above
CLASSES COMMENCES:
• Monday, 13 February 2017 – with an orientation workshop to be attended by all learners
